A Canadian Conundrum

With now all too common severe flooding here in Canada and an electorate upset at a certain initiative intended to help the environment, comes a conundrum.

Let's deal with negative environmental change by fighting anything that costs us money.

There is a consensus among some Canadians that the ruling Liberals are losing favour primarily for implementing and promoting a "carbon tax".
