I bought this DVD set earlier in the year, and watched the premiere episode. It was okay, but I was impressed with the overall staging.
When The Flash premiered in 1990 I was in England, and did not learn about the show until I got back. I watched two or three episodes of that first season. As I had long abandoned watching television, as in "my shows", there was no way I was going to stick with The Flash. The programme came and went in a flash.
