Okay, "my favourite new band" has produced yet another infectious song. Since I don't watch the late-night shows, there was no way I would have known they were scheduled to appear last night.
I'm definitely a fan, so much so that I've covered two of their albums on this website. But for some reason, but one typically in keeping with my usual habits and trends, I don't follow their work as much as I should. Odd, especially considering how many of their songs I like. For instance, their albums Growing Up (2022) and No Obligation (2024) are "loaded" with punk/rock goodness. On that liner note, their latest album, Gotta Get Out, is slated for release on the 28th of this month.
By the way, back in the spring I found out that The Linda Lindas (Lucia, Eloise, Bela, and Mila) performed at The Opera House here in Toronto last year. Needless to say, this fan was disappointed to have missed that concert. Typical.
